Event management is the application of the project management to create and develop small and large-scale personal or corporates like, events such as festivals, conferences,Cultual Events,Camp Organized, formal parties, weddings,concerts or conventions. This includes researching the brand, defining its target market, creating the idea of the event and organizing the technical aspects before launching the events. The process of organizing and managing the event is generally referred to as event planning and can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, obtaining appropriate permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging lighting, event security, catering, coordinating with third party suppliers, and emergency plans.
